Summary of Study on Hibiscus sabdariffa’s Effects on Blood Pressure and Cardiometabolic Markers
This systematic review and meta-analysis examined the effects of Hibiscus sabdariffa (hibiscus) on cardiovascular risk factors, such as blood pressure, lipid profiles, and glucose levels. Seventeen randomized controlled trials were included in the analysis.
The results showed that hibiscus significantly reduced systolic blood pressure (BP) by 7.10 mmHg, especially in individuals with high BP at baseline. The effect was comparable to medication but more effective than placebo.
Hibiscus also lowered levels of low-density lipoprotein (LDL) cholesterol, which is a known risk factor for cardiovascular disease. The study suggests that regular hibiscus consumption could reduce the risk of cardiovascular diseases. https://pmc.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/articles/PMC9086798/

I have replaced 2 of my blood pressure medications with using this and the Cayenne Pepper. It’s great knowing I can use something natural to lower my blood pressure than some chemically manufactured pill. Received my order quickly and support is outstanding.
